- Why: To calculate solar potential and generate accurate proposals for your area
- Storage: Used for calculations and stored with contact information for future reference

- Why: To generate and manage solar installation proposals
- Storage: Stored on our secure servers (Azure Blob Storage)
3. Images
- What we collect: Photos you select or capture for site documentation
- Why: To attach site images to proposals and maintain project records
- Storage: Uploaded and stored on our secure servers (Azure Blob Storage)
4. User Notes
- What we collect: Text notes you create about leads and proposals
- Why: To help you maintain records and references about solar installation projects
- Storage: Stored on our secure servers (Azure Blob Storage)
How We Use Your Information
- Generate solar installation proposals
- Calculate potential savings and environmental impact
- Create PDF reports for your customers
- Maintain records of leads and project documentation
- Provide historical reference for ongoing projects
Data Storage and Security
- Contact information, images, and notes are stored on Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
- Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS
- Access to stored data requires authentication
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
Data Retention
- Contact information and associated data (notes, images) are retained until you choose to delete them
- You can delete individual contacts and their associated data from within the app
- Deleting a contact will remove their information from our servers
- Note: Uninstalling the app does NOT automatically delete data from our servers
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Maps API: For location services and address lookup (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
- Microsoft Azure Blob Storage: For secure storage of contact information, images, and notes

Your Rights
You can:
- View all your stored data within the app
- Edit or update contact information and notes
- Delete individual contacts and their associated data
- Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us

Permissions Explained
- Location: Calculate solar potential for your area
- Storage/Media: Access and upload images for proposals, save PDF reports
- Internet: Sync data with our servers, fetch solar calculations and location data
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for:
- Providing the ArkaGo service to you
- Generating proposals and reports
- Maintaining your project records
Children's Privacy
ArkaGo is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
